Our customer service agents will get back to you as soon as possible everyday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Please note that Téo is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items. Our customers are given the responsibility to claim their lost item at their insurance.
Within a delay of 3 months, if the found items are not claimed by their owners, Téo has the legal right to donate the above stated items to any chosen charity.
